The AI consultancy women-led businesses haven't had — until now.
HerAIgency was founded by Jenna Nelson — a brand strategist and operator with 20+ years in events and marketing who layered AI implementation and visibility expertise on top of an already-integrated practice. Built to close the structural gap between sustainable women-led businesses and scalable ones.

Why HerAIgency exists
For too long, growth has meant more output, more presence, and more pressure. Women founders are doing meaningful work—but that work is limited by time, energy, and capacity.
AI, when used thoughtfully, allows women to share their work more widely without becoming less themselves. It supports consistency, clarity, and reach—so your ideas can find the people who need them most, even when you step away.
This work is about amplifying your voice—not replacing it.
Women-led businesses aren't failing. They're under-scaled.
Women-owned businesses make up 39% of all U.S. businesses, employ nearly 13 million people, and generate $3.3 trillion in annual revenue. They survive at the same rate as men-owned businesses. And startups founded or co-founded by women generate more than twice the revenue per dollar of funding.
But women-only founding teams receive roughly 1.1% of U.S. venture capital. Women-owned businesses are disproportionately denied financing. They tend to seek smaller capital, hire smaller teams, and stay smaller — not because they lack capability or ambition, but because they're scaling inside structures that weren't built around how they actually lead.
HerAIgency exists to close that gap. Not with empowerment language or coaching. With the brand clarity, AI systems, and visibility infrastructure that turn sustainable businesses into scalable ones — for women-led businesses and the established teams growing alongside them.
"Women aren't short on ambition. They're short on infrastructure. HerAIgency builds the infrastructure."

Built by a woman who's been there
I'm Jenna Nelson, and I built HerAIgency after years of watching brilliant women struggle to be seen—not because their work wasn't good, but because the systems weren't designed for them.
I've built businesses, burned out, rebuilt, and finally found a way to grow that doesn't require sacrificing everything else. Now I help other women do the same.
I see AI and systems as an extension of support—not a replacement for expertise. They exist to back you up, not speak over you.

Ready to grow without the burnout?
I believe women can grow businesses that reach further, help more people, and create real impact—without burning themselves out or losing what makes their work meaningful.
